Try CountNexa — no sign-up
You get your own sample store and warehouse: products with photos, stock in two buildings, a few items running low, a wholesale order on hold, and a cycle count half done. Nothing you do here reaches anybody else.
Sample data only, deleted after 24 hours. Please do not enter real personal data. Emails are shown on screen, never sent.
What to try
- Identify Product: give it a sample photo of the eggs and it finds the product already in your catalog — no duplicate record. Try the pasta or water photo and it offers to add a new product, filled in for you.
- On a phone, point the camera at an item: the live outline finds it before you take the picture.
- Dashboard: tinned tomatoes and eggs are below their reorder point and the olive oil is out — the low-stock alert is waiting in the email outbox.
- Count Sessions: finish the weekly cycle count on the store floor; one shelf is already short by a pack.
- Movements: receive a delivery in cases and watch it land as single cans, or move stock from the warehouse to a shelf.
- Reservations: the café's wholesale order holds six bags of coffee, so “available” is lower than “on hand”.
- Gallery: Products switch between a photo Gallery and the full List — phones open on the Gallery.
- Reports: stock value, low stock, ABC analysis, count accuracy and more, all on the sample data.
- The phone app: “Try the demo” on its first screen opens this same sample store.
AI identifies the sample photos with pre-made answers, and barcodes are matched against the sample catalog only. To use your own photos and look up any barcode, sign up.
